Sweet potato-based browniesβ¦I know you might be like, βeeeehhh, I donβt know about that.β
I felt the same way, and thatβs why I made them so I could try them and dispel the hypeβand I fell in LOVE!
These are perfect to support you during your luteal phase when your cravings for carbs, chocolate, and dense foods peak.
You can have these on hand to feed those cravings while knowing you are getting some excellent magnesium support, beautiful complex carbs to support your progesterone production, and not sacrificing other health considerations because this is made with no refined sugars, flours, or dairy.

Iβve started making a batch of these and freezing some for my next luteal phase (I canβt eat all of them in one phase and donβt want to waste them).

For Active Duty and Veteran Women in San Diego, California: Every Saturday, we hold a complimentary safe space session open for a woman who is serving or has served.Β
You can visit the Evergreen Scheduling page and select a safe space on Saturday for the next available time that works for you.
The session is on us. All you need to do is show up.
